Eligibility

Purchases may only be made by individuals who can form legally binding contracts. Minors and those otherwise legally incompetent may not make purchases through this site.

Neither Hollywood History nor any party involved in producing or delivering this site is liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the site. We are not responsible for any damage to your computer equipment or other property, including any viruses that may result from your access to, use of, or downloading from this site.

All content on this site — including text, graphics, images, logos, icons, and button designs — is the property of Hollywood History and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, republished, or displayed in any form without our prior written permission.

Orders and Payment

All sales are final. Because we do not accept returns, please contact us with any questions before completing your purchase. Once an order is placed, you are responsible for full payment.

All items are sold “as is” and are offered as collectibles for display purposes only. They are not intended for any other use. The purchaser assumes all risk of loss or injury arising from any other use, and Hollywood History is released from any related liability.

All prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include shipping. Buyers are responsible for any applicable state or local sales taxes, and for any duties or import fees charged by countries outside the USA. No cash refunds.

Certificate of Authenticity (COA)

Every item we sell has been thoroughly researched and authenticated, and is backed by our lifetime money-back authenticity guarantee. If an item’s authenticity is ever questioned, Hollywood History will work to provide adequate evidence of authenticity. If satisfactory evidence cannot be produced, we will, at our discretion, offer the customer a refund of the original purchase price. Our COA is transferable — as long as the original COA accompanies the item, the piece remains authenticated for any future owner.

All photographs and screenshots from individual films that appear throughout this site are copyrighted by their respective owners and are shown solely for reference. They are not a representation or warranty of the specific item depicted. Many costumes and props were produced in multiples for filming purposes.
