This is a screen used headjack worn by various main cast members from the 1999 film, The Matrix. The data port allows humans to interface with the Matrix and other simulated realities. These were applied and then carefully removed after filming and stored by the make-up effects crew to be reused daily. Already displayed in a frame, the center in the “A” has come apart from the mat but could easily be repaired.
