Ash Williams and his girlfriend Linda take a romantic vacation to a seemingly abandoned cabin in the woods (which is all just basically a recap of the first film to catch viewers up with the plot). While in the cabin, Ash plays a tape of an archaeology professor, (the cabin’s previous inhabitant), reciting passages from the Necronomicon, (or “Book of the Dead”), which he has discovered during an archaeological dig. The recorded incantation unleashes an evil force which tries to kill them and take their souls.

These pages of the Necronomicon were used during filming as Ash battles the possessed dead body of the professor’s wife to retrieve them and send the evil force back to where it came from. These are the “Lost Pages” that were found by Annie, the professor’s daughter and brought to the cabin from the dig site. Each page has been issued a certificate of authenticity that is signed by Tom Sullivan. Screen used artifacts from the Evil Dead films are very hard to come by, much less items certified by the creator of the Book of the Dead.

Each page has been given a title by Mr. Sullivan on the COA and one will also include a picture of Tom holding the page. This is a rare opportunity to own a set very recognizable props from this Sam Raimi classic, as this is the project he started his career with, leading to the current Spiderman 1, 2, and 3 films.
