Ron Weasley's Wand

  • Movie Title: Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix

With their warning about Lord Voldemort's return scoffed at, Harry and Dumbledore are targeted by the Wizard authorities as an authoritarian bureaucrat slowly seizes power at Hogwarts. This is a screen used Ron Weasley (Rupert Grint) wand from the 2007 film, Harry Potter and the Order of the Pheonix. This type of wand can be seen carried by Ron throughout the film; Ron initially used his brother Charlie's old chipped wand, made of ash with a unicorn hair sticking out of the end. He held the wand together with Spellotape after nearly breaking it in half at the start of his second year, but it malfunctioned dreadfully backfiring spells, making strange noises, and emitting objects out from the wrong end. Eventually it exploded so before his third year he received a new wand that was fourteen inches, made of willow and unicorn hair.
