The 2014 Laika stop motion film The Boxtrolls is based on the children’s novel “Here Be Monsters” and centers around a young orphaned boy raised by underground cave-dwelling cheese loving trash collectors. This is a fascinating array of screen used cheeses that were served and eaten by Lord Portley-Rind and the members of the cheese-loving White Hats, the well-to-do council that Archibald Snatcher desperately wanted to join despite a grotesque allergy to the stuff.
