This is Dennis Rafkin’s (Matthew Lillard) pair of “Power and Light” overalls; he is known in the movie to be Cyrus Kriticos’ “ghost hunter” and can be seen wearing these in various scenes in the film once Cyrus has died. In these scenes Dennis is trying to disguise himself as a power and light worker to get inside of Cyrus’ house.
