Original prop Toolbox used on the Joss Whedon created television series ‘Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.’ (2013-2020), based on the Marvel Comics organization S.H.I.E.L.D. (Strategic Homeland Intervention, Enforcement, and Logistics Division), a peacekeeping and spy agency in a world of superheroes. It is set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) and acknowledges the continuity of the franchise’s films and other television series. The Toolbox, or Black Box, is a compact digital storage device made out of vibranium that holds a collected database of classified S.H.I.E.L.D. files and additional information that is privy to any acting Director of S.H.I.E.L.D. The device serves as its own independent computer system, projecting a holographic user interface. Nick Fury gave the Toolbox to Phil Coulson with the purpose of helping Coulson rebuild S.H.I.E.L.D. after an infiltration by Hydra left the organization fractured.

Also includes a display frame made to hold to hold the prop.
