This is a “clapperboard” or slate from the 1996 comedy/crime film, Striptease. An exotic dancer (Demi Moore) was dragged into a conspiracy after she became the object of affection of a crooked politician. This white acrylic clapperboard with a multicolored striped wooden clapper is engraved in red “STRIPTEASE A LOBELL/BERGMAN PRODUCTION,” “DIR. ANDREW BERGMAN,” “CAM. STEPHEN GOLDBLATT” with the Castle Rock Entertainment logo on the bottom corner. Also obtained, a “B” camera acrylic clapperboard insert dated “11/08/95” with fastening strips on the back.
