The Spiderwick Chronicles is a 2008 fantasy film adaptation of bestselling series of the same name. Set in the Spiderwick Estate; it follows the adventures of Jared Grace and his family as they discover Arthur Spiderwick’s field guide to faeries, goblins, and other magical creatures. This is the a seeing stone used during filming and can be seen in numerous scenes throughout the movie. Since all the creatures were invisible, the seeing stones allowed the characters to see all the creatures listed in Arthur Spiderwick’s Field Guide to Fairies with ease.
