Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1

Harry Potter’s “Snatcher” Wand

In the 2010 fantasy film Harry Potter and the Deathy Hallows: Part 1, A wand made of blackthorn was taken from a Snatcher by Ron Weasley and given to to Harry, whose wand had been accidentally broken by Hermione when she repelled Nagini from him with a Blasting Curse when they were attacked in Godric’s Hollow. The blackthorn wand was clumsy and unwieldy compared to his original wand. Also the wand seemed to not only cast weaker spells but required more effort to cast them. Harry found that the wand did not work very well for him, as he had not won it himself. After a skirmish in Malfoy Manor Harry would use Draco Malfoy’s wand, until repairing his own with the Elder Wand. Made of resin this is Harry’s screen used blackthorn “Snatcher” wand. This wand is special as most wands cannot be found in which scenes they were used. Being the specialty of this specific wand it is known the scenes it was used in and by which characters. An iconic piece from the Harry Potter films.
