Years following the events of The Shining (1980), a now-adult Dan Torrance must protect a young girl with similar powers from a cult known as The True Knot, who prey on children with powers to remain immortal. From the 2019 horror film Doctor Sleep, this is Danny Torrance’s (Ewan McGregor’s) screen used axe. Only a few were made and Ewan only used and held the lightweight stunt versions. No real heavy axes were used by Ewan at all which makes this iconic prop a main one seen on screen.
