This is a cable from the 2009 horror film The Collector. In the film, Arkin (Josh Stewart) attempts to rob a house only to discover that it’s been booby trapped by a torturous killer, the Collector (Juan Fernandez). These cables were used throughout the house to rig the numerous traps set out to capture and torture fleeing victims.
