A Nightmare on Elm Street 5: The Dream Child
Freddy Stunt Mask
A stunt ‘Freddy’ mask used in the making of the fifth Nightmare on Elm Street movie: The Dream Child. This instantly recognisable face that haunted the dreams of an entire generation, was created for the stunt men involved with the movie, who needed to easily resemble the garish character without spending hours in makeup along with Robert Englund. The face features the gruesome burnt skin synonymous with Freddy, and even includes a set of yellowing teeth, with only the eyes belonging to the person behind the mask. It has a split down the back of the head to enable easy access, and sticky patches on the inside and on the chin to secure it to the wearer.
