When the puppet cast of a '90s children's TV show begin to get murdered one by one, a disgraced LAPD detective-turned-private eye puppet takes on the case. These metal name tags were used on Phil Phillips' police uniform. This uniform was used during the Happytime Gangs' behind the scenes party recorded by Larry and for Phil's police pictures.
